What nutritional supplement do you take?

    Just curious what the "regular" martial artist takes on a regular basis.

    I take Calcium-magnesium every day, vitamins C and E every other day, B-complex when I'm really stressed out, and recently I started trying out low doses of glucosamine-chondroitin daily. How about you?

    Definitely a multi-vitamin! I also have recently tried the joint formula you mention, but it's hard to tell if it makes a difference.
