Thou shalt sanitize early and often!

The ringworm fungus isn't the only infection that can be contracted in workout areas. Staph and a few other nasties are out there too. Its a matter of hygiene. Keep your body and your workout clothes respectably clean. Always wash and sanitize your gear. Make sure your training partners/instructors/students know the importance of keeping themselves and their gear clean.

Yes, my daughter got impetigo via BJJ...one must be careful! Sterilize those mats early and often.
