    Hello,

I’m very interested in how your solo training in Lameco Eskrima looks like. I’m traveling a lot and would like to learn more drills how to improve my foot work, grip strength and getting faster with knife and stick when on the on the road. So I can keep up my skills without too much equipment.

    Thanks,

    Rickard

    Rickard,

Hello, thanks for posting. There is alot of visualization in my solo training regimen, what Punong Guro Sulite would call "Shadow", mostly influenced by Manong Jose D. Caballero of De Campo Uno-Dos-Tres Orehenal. There are numerous other things that I perform or include in my solo training which I will gladly disclose to you when I see you in Sweden early next year.

Obviously exchanging random unpredictable energies with a live human being is best but when on the road and by oneself solo training quickly becomes a necessity. Be it training via visualization or by apparatus one needs to keep ones skills honed and kept at the ready.

    Train well, ciao.

    Regards,
    Guro Dave Gould.
