Train Privatly and thou seminars under Tuhon Phil gelinas..
Eddie Hunt student of Mataas Na Guro Tom Bisio , Mataas na Guro Tim Waid and Grand Tuhon Leo T Gaje and Banjo master.
Tom and Tim are Maginoo now! I'm just happy to be free.
Can someone define Maginoo for me (maybe in another trhead)? We don't have that title in our system.
All the Pekiti Rankings are there.
Ah, thanks! Now I see how it fits in.
Good to see that your back bro.
How often do you train with Tom Bisio? Is he holding regular Pekiti Tirsia classes? Thanks.
This is Gabriel Martinez from San Antonio, Texas. I train with Tim at least two weekends a month and Trained with Tuhon Last Month in the Philippines.
I train Rhode Island with Guro William Schultz who is a privtae student of Mandala Tim Waid. I have thus far trained with Tuhon Leo Gaje twice. I have yet to traine with Mandala Waid.
Awesome vids on the Rochester website!
How's it going Gabe,
This weather is making me long to be back in Manila. It seems like it was forever ago. Hope all is well.
Wes , Tom taught me about 12-14 years ago in his back yard in upstate N.Y. anywho i thought you are happy learning from tuhon Bill and PTI.
Gabe how are you? See you this summer at the instructors camp.
I am, thank you. I was just curious as to when you studied with Tom as I was sure he hadn't actively taught Pekiti for some time. Thanks for the info and take care.
Wes, How is that paladin long and short sword working out for you ? Does it work well for flying monkey's and orc's.
It actually has nothing to do with me. What's curious though is why are you bringing it up Eddie? What is it that you're trying to say? Tuhon Bill's book and associated projects have nothing to do with the Pekiti Tirsia that he teaches. But again, I have to wonder what you're really getting at - besides another failed attempt at a punch line...
Failed ? I think it's funny and so do others. Paladin swordwork ha whats next? Flying carpets.
Nice side-step of my questions with yet more boorish attempts at humor on your part...
Pekiti Tirsia Kali
While I was on vacation I responded to one of your posts but you didn't reply. I was wondering if you'd respond now, and give me your honest take on what I said.
The first quote is yours:
Here is my reply:
