    Where to buy kali sticks?
    By Emptyhand - 12-10-2008 12:43 AM

    ====================

    I would like to buy some kali sticks and I am looking for suggestions for reputable martial arts suppliers that I should check out, either online or in south Florida in the Broward or Dade County areas?

    Also, what type of stick would be best to buy?

    I am a beginner and I stand approx. 6'2" and 225 lbs. if that makes a difference for the length and weight of the sticks.

    Thank you.

    kaligear.com. They have the same sticks that bloodsport.com has but they also offer some other sticks that aren't as tough as the bloodsport sticks, but they can stand up to a good whacking for months. A few of my students have the lower end sticks that kaligear offers and they have withstood our workouts for the last three months or so.

    I thought the reason for rattan, and other soft woods, was to keep from damaging your elbow(tennis elbow).
