Ok I have a few questions I have like a couple months here and there experience in martial arts. Just testing different arts, I really like Doce Pares but I also like Silat and also JKD concepts.

Now my question As someone with hardly any experiance in the arts, is it better I get a base in silat or jkd before going into doce pares or should I jump right in go for it and learn doce pares straight away. I'm asking because i'm very confused and hope to clear the confusion any advice would be appreciated.

They are different arts, you don't need a base in one to go to the other, if you like the Doce Pares, do the Doce Pares. I usually recommend that people focus on one art in the beginning and then branch out later, otherwise you can get overwhelmed with the sheer amount of material that you need to practice to do either well.
