Believe it or not, there have been lots of double knife, sword & knife, and swordplay in the Legend of the Seeker tv series. True, it's a Hercufied/Xenafied version (ie, excessive cheese) of Terry Goodkind's "Sword of Truth" high fantasy series but it definitely has plenty of action. The early episodes were choreographed by Allen Poppleton, but have since gotten better with Steve McQuillan's stunt coordination. The main character uses a longsword, of course. But conversely, the gorgeous female lead (and other women) fight double knife vs swords, axes, spears, etc. You can catch the series on Hulu or view the early fight clips on youtube. If you wanna see a group of double knife wielding women take on sword wielding soldiers catch Episode 10 "Sacrifice".

Btw, a workprint of the Wolverine movie was leaked yesterday.

If I haven't mentioned it try these Scott Glenn Movies
"Night of the Running Man" (Glenn is an left handed assassin with a custom Emerson CQC7)
"Man on Fire" (The original, Glenn plays Kreese and you can see him practice figure 8's and Balisong flips).

To add to PG Michael's suggestion of the Duellists, try "By the Sword" with Eric Roberts. Even though it's a fencing salle, you can see the Weapons of Moroland Plaque and the background as well as the pell/sort of wooden dummy for cutting. :)
